That’s why we organised a specialised Employability Bootcamp tailored to ten individuals eager to secure jobs in this exciting sector. The aim of the bootcamp was not only to equip them with the hard and soft skills they need but also to provide them with the confidence and tools necessary to thrive in interviews and the workplace.

The Outcome: Ready to Take on the World of Hospitality
By the end of the bootcamp, our ten participants were not only better prepared to land a job in a customer service role but also more confident in their abilities to thrive in the workplace. Through a combination of hands-on activities, group discussions, and one-on-one coaching, they developed key skills that will serve them throughout their careers.
We are thrilled to share that 8 participants were invited to interviews, and 6 participants received job offers from their prospective employers! This success rate speaks volumes about the effectiveness of the bootcamp and the dedication of the participants.
We are proud to have been a part of their journey and look forward to seeing them succeed in the vibrant world of hospitality. Whether it’s a front-of-house role or a back-of-house position, these individuals are now equipped with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to make their mark.
